Spina.flow – The X-ray-free revolution in cycling posture and health
And that is exactly where our Spina.flow analysis comes in. Underpinned by revolutionary LiDAR technology, this is not a gadget or a toy. This is a medical-grade, full-body posture scan
In cycling, every detail counts. Wattages are analysed, pedalling technique is optimized, nutrition is fine-tuned. But one element still too often remains underexposed: the spine — literally and figuratively — of every rider.
And that is exactly where our Spina.flow analysis comes in. Underpinned by revolutionary LiDAR technology, this is not a gadget or a toy. This is a medical-grade, full-body posture scanner that allows us to build, without radiation, a 3D map of the spine, pelvic position, leg-length difference and the body's axial lines — with a precision that was previously only possible in radiological contexts.
Why Spina.flow? Because posture is everything.
On the bike, posture is not a static given. It is dynamic, adaptive, and it influences every pedal stroke. A slight rotation in the thoracic spine can lead to a shifted pelvic position. A pelvic tilt can in turn affect the knee axis. An asymmetry in the shoulders translates into pressure distribution on the handlebars. And before you know it, you are dealing with complaints: knee pain, lower back pain, hamstring problems, foot numbness, even breathing complaints.
And yet: classic bikefittings look mainly at what the body does on the bike, not always at why it does so. Spina.flow changes that.
With this system we can:
🔴 Make subtle rotations of individual vertebrae visible
🔴 Precisely quantify torsions and tilts in the pelvis
🔴 Detect shoulder asymmetries and scolioses, even when they go visually unnoticed
🔴 Accurately estimate leg-length differences based on skeletal reference points
🔴 Objectify the entire 3D postural chain from head to toe
And all of that without a single X-ray.
💡 Leg-length differences: the underestimated saboteur
Many riders occasionally hear: “You may have a leg-length difference.” But how often is that actually measured accurately?
With Spina.flow we can distinguish between:
• an anatomical difference (one femur or tibia is effectively shorter),
an anatomical difference (one femur or tibia is effectively shorter),
• and a functional difference (e.g. pelvic rotation, scoliosis, muscle tension).
and a functional difference (e.g. pelvic rotation, scoliosis, muscle tension).
Why is that important? Because the approach is completely different. A functional difference can often be resolved with correct positioning and neuromuscular control. Anatomical differences sometimes require adjustments on the bike (such as shims or insole corrections). With Spina.flow we finally have the objective basis to make that distinction.
🧠 The investment? Extremely expensive. But priceless.
Spine3D is not a tool you buy "just because it's fun". It is a system used in clinical rehabilitation centres, sports-medicine universities, and high-end biomechanical labs. We deliberately chose to offer it here, the only place in Belgium. Why?
Because we believe that health and performance begin with fundamental symmetry. Because a pain-free rider trains longer, performs more consistently, and cycles more comfortably. And because every body deserves to be mapped with a precision that used to be reserved for top athletes.
🚴♂️ Who is Spina.flow for?
• For elite riders who want to make use of every watt without losing any to asymmetry

• For anyone who realizes that the spine is not a separate structure, but the centre of cycling posture.

🎯 In summary:
Spina.flow is not a scan. It is a revelation. From rotations no one sees, to asymmetries that are felt in every pedal stroke.
It is not a cost. It is an investment. In health, in durability, in performance.
Because those who understand the foundation only then truly convert their power efficiently.
